I can prepare a wide variety of ethnic cuisines, including Mexican, Asian, Middle Eastern, South American, Tex-Mex, and traditional North American dishes. Serving Fort Worth, Texas, and surrounding areas. I have a Supervisor Food Handler's Card which means I can legally work in a commercial kitchen on my own. I follow all sanitation guidelines for commercial cooking. I make good use of current technolgy by using an Ipad to organize recipes, pantry, grocericies, etc. I know how to manage a kitchen and will never under or over buy groceries.
